Oregon CLE Deadline: April 30th
Oregon CLE Requirement: 45 credit hours every three years
At least 5 Ethics hours
At least 1 hour on a lawyer's statutory duty to report Child Abuse and Elder Abuse
The Oregon Supreme Court has approved a new MCLE rule (effective on January 1, 2019) requiring at least 1 hour per reporting period on the subject of mental health, substance use, and cognitive impairment.
Including 3 hours of Access to Justice every other reporting period.
