Understanding the New Hampshire CLE Requirement
Total CLE Requirement:
12 credit hours annually
Credit Format:
All credits may be completed online, if completed within 3 years of the production date.

2 hours Ethics

Reporting Information:
New Hampshire is a self-reporting jurisdiction. New Hampshire attorneys can report their credits through The New Hampshire Minimum Continuing Legal Education Attorney Reporting Tool.
Newly Admitted Requirement:
Lawyers first admitted between July 1st and December 31st must comply for the year ending the following June 30th. Lawyers first admitted on or after January 1 of the reporting year are exempt from the requirement for the year that ends on that May 31st.
