Attorneys are encouraged to attend this course to gain a comprehensive understanding of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method within the context of family law. The course will provide an in-depth examination of arbitration in family law cases in New Jersey, focusing on the critical considerations and preparations attorneys must undertake to navigate the arbitration process effectively.
