Attorneys are service providers and client relationships are at the foundation of their jobs. Knowing how to create, build, and maintain client relationships is a core part of what makes an attorney successful. However, many attorneys may question how they can better serve their clients and communicate.

This course will cover how to build and strengthen client relationships. Attendees will learn how to build relationships by listening and acknowledging a client’s needs. Attorneys will learn how to manage client expectations through communication to help elicit good client feedback. Finally, this program will help attorneys plan for their future with continued client interactions.

This course is suited for attorneys that have little to no experience that operate in a corporate environment. Attorneys that want to improve their client communication skills will also benefit from attending this course.
