About The Lecturer

Nancy Nemeth has practiced in the dynamic field of business immigration since 2007. She is presently a Senior Associate with Fragomen in Chicago. She collaborates with companies to coordinate mobility throughout the world to optimize business and employee potential. While the ever-changing immigration environment presents myriad challenges, she focuses on helping people from across the world meet their professional and personal goals, while also benefitting the global economy. Nancy has expertise in non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based matters, including H-1B, L-1, and TN classifications, as well as PERM Labor Certification applications, EB-1 Multinational Manager petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, and employer compliance. She collaborates with her clients to develop creative mobility strategies to navigate political, economic, and operational impacts to US immigration policies and processes. Nancy is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as member of the French American Chamber of Commerce of Chicago and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
